Actor Ronit Roy who has always been the main protagonist in Ekta Kapoor’s  serial will now be seen in an important role of  Inspector Raja Tambat in her next venture Shoot Out At Lokhandwala. When asked if he is  considered as Ekta Kapoor’s blue eyed boy the actor adds with a laugh, “Of course I am her blue eyed boy as she says so.” But the actor says it was not just about being the blue eyed boy but working with Anil Kapoor that excited him more to take up the role.  Ronit Roy says that he idolizes Anil Kapoor and is excited that that his dream to work with the actor has finally come true. “I have idolized him for many years for his dedication towards the craft. He plays the role of ACP Isaque Bagwan. “I am looking forward to start shooting with him now.”

Vidya Balan goes nude for The Dirty Pictures?

Ever since the promos of Vidya Balan ’s The Dirty Pictures, have been launched she is been flooded with compliments. She has kept no stone unturned to look like the 80’s semi porn star Silk Smitha.

But the latest buzz is that Vidya, was asked to go nude for a particular scene. Vidya, who has earlier gone bold in many of her films refused to go nude. Though the script strongly demanded for the nude scene, because of Vidya’s reluctance the scene  was little toned down.

A source close to the unit reveals, “Since the film is based on Silk Smitha the film demanded Vidya to go nude for a bathtub scene. Later the scene was shot aesthetically and was toned down a bit because of Vidya’s unwillingness.”

The film is a biopic on Silk Smitha’s life, which is being produced Ekta Kapoor, directed by Milan Luthria starring Vidya Balan as Smitha which is slated to release on Smitha’s birthday on December 2, 2011.
